    BE A GLADFINDER 

   Once upon a time I was a doom and gloomer, a see-the-glass-half-empty girl who expected the worst and usually found it. It's not the way to live the abundant life Jesus promises us. And, if we want transformed lives, it all starts with the way we think. Romans 2:12.
    I am a recovering whiner--who still slips into "stinking thinking" sometimes. I'm getting better at playing  the "glad game," to reframe every experience, put a new spin on it, ask myself: What can I find to be glad about in this situation? There is always a flip side to every flop, a hidden gem in each disappointment. Look for it, and you'll find it.
       In these uncertain times we need to change our focus, view our challenges and setbacks in light of God's truth. That's where hope lives.

    If you're an event planner, you'll want to know that I'm known for my zany humor. Laughter is such good therapy. It breaks down walls, melts the resistant heart and prepares it for God's touch. Plus, it's just fun to let go and laugh at women's events.
    Audiences say they appreciate my honesty and vulnerability. While I was once the woman behind the mask, I am now the real thing, open about my past, my present, my meltdowns, my struggles, my spats with God and the way he keeps on loving and growing me. Women do yearn for authenticity, to be known and loved for who God created them to be. I encourage that in my talks.
    All are strong on Biblical teaching---I love digging deep into the Word and presenting truths in a way that makes them come alive---yet I bring along my arsonal of stories and sense of fun. It's the way I'm wired, and how God best uses this woman.
